How do I join Congregation Shaarai Shomayim?

Contact the Temple office by emailing office@shaarai.org, calling us at 717-397-5575, or simply filling out the Member Interest Form below! We will match you with someone from our Membership Committee to ensure you find a meaningful community here at Shaarai.

How much are dues?

We run on a pledge system instead of traditional dues. While we have a base or "sustaining" commitment amount, we encourage those who can give more to do so, ensuring no family is left behind. When making your pledge, we encourage you to think about a meaningful commitment that is both comfortable for you, and fair to the congregation. We will never discriminate based on your annual commitment amount, and no member will be turned away. Because each member has the opportunity to determine their meaningful pledge, there is no conversation regarding dues reductions and adjustments. Removing those conversations from our culture makes this a happier community.

Do I Have To Be A Member In Order For My Child To Attend Religious School?
