About Sisterhood

Sisterhood is the organization of the women of our Temple who join together in friendship.  We are women of all ages bound by three factors:  we are women, we are Reform Jews, and we are members of Shaarai Shomayim.  Membership dues support our programs, activities, and donations benefitting our congregation and our community.  We meet for social and spiritual activities, for study, and above all, for the growth of the individual so that each woman may find an opportunity to fulfill her potential.  As a Sisterhood, we join with Women of Reform Judaism, supporting issues affecting women and families around the world.
