About Sisterhood

Sisterhood is the organization of the women of our Temple who join together in friendship.  We are women of all ages bonded by three factors: we are women, we are Reform Jews, and we are members of Shaarai Shomayim.  Our programs, activities and donations benefit our congregation and our community.  We meet for social and spiritual activities, for study, and above all, for the growth of the individual so that each woman may find an opportunity to fulfill her potential.  As a Sisterhood, we join with Women of Reform Judaism supporting issues affecting women and families around the world.
