Torah Study
Join us weekly on Shabbat morning as we explore the mysteries and wonders of Torah, and discuss their meanings in our lives. All are welcome, dress is casual, no prior knowledge is necessary, and coffee is served. We begin at 9am and conclude at 10am (if there is a Bar or Bat Mitzvah) or 10:30am (including a short Shabbat morning service). Enter through the office doors on James Street. We meet in the large double classroom at the top of the stairs.

Havdalah in your PJs? Absolutely! Children 18 months to 8 years old and their parents are invited to join us for a story, a snack, and a craft at the end of Shabbat. (No actual pajamas required.) Ron Hopkins-Bey is a Sheikh in his Muslim community outside of Philadelphia, and a longtime friend of our Brotherhood president, Andy Gerofsky. He will address, among other things, the concept of jihad, often understood by non-Muslims as “holy war.”

Bring your lunch on Tuesdays from Noon-1pm. Don't be intimidated when you hear that we're studying the Talmud. All of our studies are in English, and all insights are valued. Weekday Morning Service
For early risers, or people who have a few minutes to spare before going to work, this is a midweek spiritual check-in on Wednesday mornings. We pray, sing, and hopefully leave inspired, having shared a laugh or two along the way. 7:45am - 8:10am. Enter through the office doors on James Street and come upstairs to the Sanctuary.
