Weekday Morning Service
For early risers, or people who have a few minutes to spare before going to work, this is a midweek spiritual check-in on Wednesday mornings. We pray, sing, and hopefully leave inspired, having shared a laugh or two along the way. 7:45am - 8:10am. Enter through the office doors on James Street and come upstairs to the Sanctuary.

Brotherhood Paid-up Membership Dinner
All Shaarai Shomayim Brotherhood members and their guests are invited to attend. The dinner will be held at the Meadia Heights Golf Club, 402 Golf Road, Lancaster. The event will begin at 6:30 pm with a cash bar, followed by a sumptuous buffet dinner at 7:00 pm and a presentation of the Andy Yerman Mitzvah Award and introduction of new officers. Our guest speaker: Gil Smart, investigative reporter, columnist and blogger for Lancaster Newspapers. Dinner is free for brotherhood members; there is a $25 charge for guests. Torah Study
Join us weekly on Shabbat morning as we explore the mysteries and wonders of Torah, and discuss their meanings in our lives. All are welcome, dress is casual, no prior knowledge is necessary, and coffee is served. We begin at 9am and conclude at 10am (if there is a Bar or Bat Mitzvah) or 10:30am (including a short Shabbat morning service). Enter through the office doors on James Street. We meet in the large double classroom at the top of the stairs.

S'lichot Service
This service marks the beginning of the High Holiday season. Join your fellow congregants as we symbolically start the season with the change of our Torah covers to white. It's a beautiful and meaningful experience, exploring the new High Holiday prayer book, "Mishkan HaNefesh". We begin with a reception in the Wise Memorial Hall - please enter through the Duke Street glass doors.
